New for this year we have Clarence Court Burford Brown and Cotswold Legbar eggs preserved in rice vinegar in jars. Our rice vinegar is unique to Clarence Court; milder and sweeter than traditional vinegars yet still punchy for a really delicious and moreish flavour. The vinegar is a light colour too so you can still see the glorious deep yellow yolks of our best selling eggs.
