What makes a Clarence Court® Turkey egg worth a try?
Clarence Court® Turkey Eggs are a luxurious treat with their creamy big yolk. Turkeys eggs, unlike Turkey meat, are a rarity because they simply do not produce very many eggs a year and, as they are big birds, require a lot of feed. Clarence Court wanted to give you the chance to taste these wonderful eggs this Spring.

All our Turkey eggs are “Plumpie breed” from renowned Turkey breeder Paul Kelly of Turkey Bronze fame.
Turkey eggs are a similar size to duck eggs but brown and speckly. They taste like hens eggs, not too strong, but much creamier, with a high yolk to white ratio (50:50).
What if I have a favourite hens egg recipe already – can I use Turkey eggs instead?
Turkey eggs are best fried to show off their large creamy yolk but you can replace them for hens eggs in most recipes, adding a deliciously velvety texture.
